Fine-tune your database for enhanced response.

Understanding your customers in today’s competitive environment is vital to your success. It begins with building a marketing database that provides the detailed information you need to create targeted, personalized, highly effective marketing campaigns.

A Marketing Database Allows You To:

  • PROFILE your customers
  • IDENTIFY customers buying patterns
  • ELIMINATE costly duplicates
  • IMPROVE cross selling
  • TRACK responses
  • ANALYZE customer needs

pic-dataYour database of customer contact information is one of your company’s most valuable assets. Validating and maintaining the accuracy of that information requires unique expertise that Compact has cultivated by owning, operating and maintaining one of the largest marketing lists in America for more than two decades.

Compact has saved clients millions of dollars in printing, postage and lettershop costs by ensuring the addresses they mail match their intended recipients. Compact can:

  • Determine which addresses the USPS will deliver
  • Tell you where your customers have moved
  • Eliminate duplicate addresses
  • Append better delivery information to keep your addresses current

Our Data Hygiene Process

Clean data eliminates waste, boosts responses and saves you money by standardizing address information, eliminating duplicates and preparing your mail files for maximum deliverability.

CASS™ processing software standardizes addresses and corrects problems, improving the accuracy of delivery point barcodes, ZIP+ 4® and 5-digit ZIP™ Codes and carrier route information on mail pieces.

ACE attaches ZIP + 4® codes and updates addresses that CASS™ processing cannot code.

NCOALink® processing identifies potentially Undeliverable-As-Addressed (UAA) mail and keeps addresses current. We offer the 18 months as well as the full 48 months of forwarding information, while many other service providers only have forwarding information for the past 18 months of moves.

LACSLink® processing converts rural route or highway addresses to the newest city-style addresses, and also includes addresses that have been renamed or renumbered.

DPV® processing identifies known addresses in your database or mailing list that are currently represented in the USPS delivery file.

DSF2® processing further improves delivery rates by identifying known delivery points, standardizing your list, identifying addresses as business or residential delivery points, as well as seasonal and educational area flags.

DCOA PROCESSING (Dynamic Change of Address) POSI/PHANTOM MATCHING compares your data against a national consumer database to verify additional matches, giving you a higher forwarding percentage. Our deceased suppression file is one of the largest in the country at 70 million records.

We will also help you identify the 3 million people that are on the DMA Preference list and the 54 million on the Do Not Call file. Let us show you how much you can save.
