Compact is the Only Real Value Choice
One of my favorite business moguls is Jack Welch. He often talks about creating products and service so valuable- you become the only solution a customer would ever need. Our customers drive the changes at Compact. We hear you and are providing you with the latest technology and the best data available in the market place. None of us have time to do things a second time- so we make it easy for you to get it right the first time.
All of our databases meet the strictest standards for accuracy and deliverability. The tools we provide offer you professional presentation and ease of use. Our support team is the best in the business with years of experience in both list selections and getting you right to the niche market you need to reach. The commitment to quality and value is at the heart of Compact’s ideology.
So I invite you to take a test drive on our new sites as they continue their upgrades and service offerings. If you need some extra feature training- sign up for a webinar and let one of our exemplary Customer Service Managers give you a test drive on the best in class offerings from our technology group. It’s an exciting time in our Dallas and Redmond offices. We’re excited about the direction our company is going and all of the new things coming this year.
When you’re looking for value and commitment- Compact Information Systems is really the only choice.

Drive Time Radius
Compact’s revolutionary drive time radius technology can save you hundreds of dollars on your mailing campaigns by reducing the amount of improperly mailed pieces because of old radius technologies that would allow you to send mail pieces to customers well beyond your targeted mailing area. With our state-of-the-art drive time radius feature you can now pinpoint your exact customer base within a specified driving distance. Our drive time radii are based on the industry standard Navtech average drive time database, resulting in highly accurate radius results. A good example is a pizza delivery business that knows it can only deliver a piping hot, fresh pizza to its customers within 10 minutes of the pizza coming out of the oven. With drive time, the pizza business owner can perform a radius around their specific stores using minutes instead of miles resulting in a much more targeted list of customers and specifically those that are within the 10 minute delivery window, see example images below. With this technology the customer is happy they have a hot fresh product delivered to their door, and the pizza owner is happy with another satisfied customer. Better yet, you have a lower cost of goods sold and have targeted the customer that is most likely to buy your product. So give our drive time radius feature a try today, at ResidentLists.com.

We’re Listening
You might have noticed that things are looking a little different around here. Welcome to our new website! You, our customers, have spoken, and we’ve listened. We have totally embraced the feedback we’ve received and have been working hard to respond with a complete ground-up overhaul of our Resident, Consumer & Business List sites.
The first thing you’ll notice is a new centralized “list portal” page that enables an easy log in to any of the list sites. Log in once, and you have access to all 3 list types: Resident, Consumer & Business. No more logging in and out and entering passwords multiple times for different bookmarked sites!
Also, we’ve really worked hard on speeding up and re-engineering our Business List site. Basically it’s a brand new experience, so if you haven’t been there yet you should check it out – not to mention the fact we are giving you 50% off the purchase of Business Lists between now and the end of July! Don’t miss out.
We’ve spent a lot of time over the past year asking you what kinds of changes are needed with our sites and services overall: Here’s what you asked for: You want an easy, intuitive, user friendly interface for putting together your list counts and orders while maintaining the smart, sophisticated level of selection tools and functions that Compact is recognized for. So that is what this site redesign and overhaul is all about.
But we’re not done yet! Stay tuned because there are more exciting changes coming, changes that will make life easier for you.
Finally, if you have any issues with the new Portal Site, the re-launched Business List site or the new home pages for all of our major lists, then don’t hesitate to contact us here in Seattle, or our Dallas office – we’re standing by!

Why Use Compact List Solutions?
In the past 6 months I’ve done extensive analysis of the list industry and researched many of the sites that list buyers typically use, I logged in to them, I studied their features and functions and I drew conclusions on what is good and bad with the technology on display, it was a fun journey and I certainly learned a lot. What is clear from my review is that the Compact mapping tools are world leaders. For instance, not only does the Resident List site offer basic radius mapping (which, lets face it, most decent list company providers can work out), but Compact developers have also programmed in special features such as Drive Time Mapping. What is Drive Time Mapping, simply plug in your start point, pick a time you would like to drive from that point on all surface roads, click enter and see your Drive Time Map rendered on screen in seconds. What is then truely great about the Resident List site is that once you’ve produced the maps you need to present to clients or management, you can then create a PDF instantly, and then download it along with an XLS file of the count you are researching – and all for free as long as you are a list-buying customer of ours. Soon you will also be able to produce multiple maps, using a basic or drive time radius, and have Compact print, UV coat, bind and ship your maps directly to your office or client. Be sure to stay tuned to this area, I’ll be checking back routinely to add more information on Compact’s products and services (which are rapidly evolving right now) as well as answering any questions and responding to any customer requests for new features.
